We are currently updating our website and we’ll be adding a dedicated section to exercises. This will include a variety of stretches and exercises to help provide insight to what is necessary to strengthen and stretch different areas of the body.
It is important to note that these exercises may not cure a specific problem but they may to improve strength and mobility. It would be advisable to seek the advice of a chiropractor before attempting to see if these exercises suit you and if they will help your specific problem.
