If you didn’t know already, exercise is pretty good for your health. It is one of those things that we as a collective know we should do more of but don’t. The main reason a lot of us exercise is because it makes us feel better but do we all realise the overall effects it has on the body. Here’s a short video that explains it all (pretty much!).
